We would like to remind you that there exist several exchange and friendship agreements between the academies, universities and physical societies. Please, contact these organisations in your country. The proposals for nominations must reach Conference Organisers 3 months before the Conference at latest and indicate the date of arrival and departure. This is considered as registration and will be confirmed. We will take care of your accommodation. In that case, please do NOT use the registration form above.
Concering application for academy exchange please contact directly the Organizing Committee.


Conference Fee

Early fee (hardbound Proceedings and social events included)
(if registered and paid before Nov. 22, 2009):		 Euro 400.-
Full fee (hardbound Proceedings and social events included): Euro 460.-
Individual members of European Physical Society: Euro 390.-
Reduced fee (without Proceedings, but social events included):
valid for:
  • Individual members of the Austrian Physical Society (ÖPG)
  • Students (copy of Student ID Card to be faxed to AUSTROPA)
 Euro 220.-
Accompanying persons (admission to all social events) Euro 70.-
Additional copy of the hardbound Proceedings
(must be pre-paid before or during the Conference)		 Euro 70.-


Cancellation

Registration: In case of cancellation before February 2, 2010 80% of the total fee will be refunded. No refund is possible for cancellations after this date.
Hotel: Changes or cancellations of confirmed bookings must be sent in writing exclusively to Austropa Interconvention. If you cancel your hotel reservation before January 10, 2010 you will receive the refund of the deposit, less an administration fee of Euro 40,- per room after the end of the congress. No refund of the hotel deposit paid can be made on cancellations received after January 10, 2010 or for No-Show. In case of No-Show the hotel reservation will be released after the first night. The number of nights booked in advance is the basis for billing.

The Conference Fee can be paid by:

  • Credit card payment (VISA, MasterCard, JBC, Diners Club, American Express) via Austropa's secure web form (during registration) is recommended.
